WAGA Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Greyer LLC, which operates Waga (referred to as “Waga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may offer certain products for purchase on a pre-order basis. A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not available to ship when your order is placed.

When you place a pre-order, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout, as disclosed to you at the time of purchase. If any balance remains due, you authorize us to charge your payment method for that balance at a later date before the product ships.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible to return the product in accordance with our Waga Return Policy [LINK].

If your pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, any payment collected for the canceled pre-order will be refunded to the original payment method.
