Some products in our store may be offered for purchase on a pre-order basis. This means the product is not yet available to ship at the time your order is placed, but your order reserves the item for future fulfillment.

When you place a pre-order, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout depending on the product and purchase terms shown at the time of order. If a balance remains due, your payment method may be charged at a later date before the product ships.

You may request to cancel a pre-order as long as the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment or shipped. Once the order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to request a return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

If your pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, any eligible payment already collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
